Welcome to St. Joseph Catholic School. Our Catholic identity and history of academic excellence allow the faculty, staff and parents of SJS to work tirelessly towards fulfilling our Mission Statement, "Assisting each student to encounter Christ through the pursuit of academic excellence, social consciousness, emotional growth, religious formation, and physical development- all within a caring community." Our academics as well as our extracurricular programs showcase our diverse educational opportunities. Giving our children every opportunity to succeed and grow renews our own faith and reminds us of the beauty and grace we sometimes fail to see around us. At St. Joseph Catholic School it is hard to miss this beauty. Meet Our Principal
Mr. Charles Joseph Martin is a product of Catholic education. He attended Catholic schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade. He then graduated from Ohio University with a BA in History/Pre-Law. Mr. Martin is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Education Administration from the University of Notre Dame in the Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program. Mr. Martin is dedicated to the vocation of Catholic school education and is committed to serving SJS through spiritual, instructional and administrative leadership.
