Tuition Payment Policy

Tuition/Fees Payment Policy – Our school has adopted the following tuition payment policy. Families can pay their tuition/fees bill in one of three ways .

1. Full Payment – Under this plan, the yearly tuition and fees (Book, Miscellaneous and Supply fees), minus your enrollment deposit and any Tuition Assistance, if applicable, is paid on or before August 31st directly to the school. You do not sign up for the FACTS Tuition Management Program.

2. Monthly Payments – Under this plan, the yearly tuition and fees (Book, Miscellaneous and Supply fees) minus your enrollment deposit and any Tuition Assistance, if applicable, is paid monthly over 10, 11 or 12 months, through the FACTS payment plan. This plan is an automatic payment plan made through your checking or statement savings account. Those choosing this plan will authorize their financial institution to make automatic monthly payments to FACTS on either the 5th or the 20th of each month. There will be a $38 annual fee per family payable to FACTS and will be automatically deducted from your bank account.

3. MasterCard, Discover or American Express – Under this plan, the yearly tuition and fees (Books, Miscellaneous and Supply fees) minus your enrollment deposit and any Tuition Assistance, if applicable, is paid monthly through the FACTS payment plan. This plan charges your credit card. There will be a $38 annual fee per family and a convenience fee of $2.50 per $100 of tuition payable to FACTS and will be charged to your account.
