Application Process

The Saint Joseph Catholic Parish School Admissions Team is here to answer your questions and guide you through every step of the process—from when you first walk into the door to the completion of your application and final admissions decision.

  • Saint Joseph Catholic Parish School accepts online applications. A non-refundable application fee of $125 is required and may be paid electronically as the final step of the application process.

    Apply Online

  • The following documents should be sent directly to Saint Joseph Catholic Parish School by mail, fax, or scan.
  1. Copy of Birth Certificate
  2. Copy of Baptism Certificate
  3. Release of Records and School Recommendation Form to be completed by Current Teacher and sent directly from them
    1. Pre-Kindergarden Recommendation Form
    2. Kindergarten - 1st Grade Recommendation Form
    3. 2nd - 6th Grade Recommendation Form
  4. Medical Forms -
    1. Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231)
    2. Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening (Form 3300)
    3. Physical Form - This form must also be completed by your physician and will be kept on file in the nurse's office.
    4. Medication Permission Form - If you would like our nurse to administer medication to your child, this form must be completed by your physician.
  5. Parish Verification Form
    1. This form must be completed and signed by your current parish priest to qualify your family for the Catholic tuition rate. If you do not wish to apply for the Catholic tuition rate, this form is not required.
  • Once all paperwork has been submitted, the Admissions Team will contact you by email to schedule your student’s assessment and family interview.
  • Results will be emailed within a couple of weeks of the assessment.
  • Applicants who apply by February 1 will receive acceptance notifications by email during the first week of April. Applications received after February 1 will be reviewed on a rolling basis, pending seat availability. A signed enrollment contract is required within two weeks of acceptance.
